How will the interactive map work?
African Interactive Map
Will the Interactive Map be set for a specific time period like the MapChart maps, will it be a universal one for multiple time periods, like if you hover over a nation it will show the name, years of existence, and description, or will it depict different years via a slider like MapChart's Cold War and US Historical maps?

History of West Africa Project
West African History
As FromNothing alluded to, I am indeed working on a Western Africa project. While I'm not recruiting anyone or anything, I will try to post updates here. I've only gotten done 1900 - 2019 done so far and with school I'm probably not going to finish the project anytime soon. However any detailed historical maps of the place are always appreciated!

Attract more African members

I suggest attracting a lot more Africans to the site and not just diaspora to get more specific and nuanced information and discussion. A lot of information even about famous tribes is not available on the internet or available in English. Also there are many topics that can only be brought up by Africans such as proto languages, linguistic similarities and their implications on migration and history, proverbs and sayings or clan poetry etc.
